HOW MY COACHING WORKS

I am Certified as a Quantum Coach. Quantum coaching is all about coaching energy vs. the more traditional coaching of surface-level behaviour.

I KNOW that when someone’s energy changes, then their behaviour will naturally transform. It will also last!

I use powerful tools to break you free from negative mindsets and limiting beliefs that hold you back from attaining your desired goals and living your dream, joyous life.

I believe wholeheartedly in the power of the subconscious mind and work to help you rewire your DIC (deepest inner critic) so that your mind is working for you and not against you. Say hello to “getting out of your own way!”.

I work with the mind, body and spirit equally. We so often tend toward the mind to solve our problems when actually the body and the spirit hold doors to unlock and heal too - they work together as a trio.

  • A discovery call is a 30 min call for us to get to know each other better. You get to share what your current vision is and what you are wanting to call into your future and we discover if my program will be a right fit for you and where you’re at right now.

    My mission with these calls is to create a safe & supportive space for you to make the best decision for yourself and your life right now.

  • After you’ve read through my inital email, if you’re wanting to move ahead, you will book a discovery call with a link inside the email.

    Once you’ve picked your time slot, you’ll be sent a confirmation email. In that email is a questionnaire. This questionnaire is your required application and you’ll wanna fill it in ASAP so I can go through it before our call and make sure we’re all aligned.

  • There unfortunately is no refund policy. I am a huge believer in how money can be an energetic investment. The times I have made big investments in my personal growth, I have shown up massively. If you think you have an out, then you’ll be tempted to take it.

    I can with confidence say that all my clients love working with me and I encourage you to use the investment as ammunition to take action on your side and work to help deliver your results!

    All that said, I am not unreasonable. Even though it is a 4 month commitment, if after the first 4 weeks, you really don’t feel it’s a good match, then I will let you exit the agreement, no problem.
